Papalani Gelato provides a selection of healthy frozen treats. Our sorbetto is fat-free, dairy-free, and cholesterol-free. Our gelato has only 6%-8% butterfat compared to the up to 22% butterfat in premium ice cream. We also feature organic and sugar-free offerings.
